1. Services Provided
Pure Home Water Systems LLC ("Company") provides water testing, water filtration system sales, installation, and maintenance services. All services are subject to these terms.
2. Free Water Testing
Free water testing is provided as a courtesy service. Testing results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a comprehensive laboratory analysis. We recommend professional laboratory testing for detailed analysis.
3. Service Area Limitations
Services are available in our designated service areas. We reserve the right to decline service outside our normal service area or where local regulations prohibit our services.
4. Installation and Warranty
All installations will be performed by licensed and insured technicians. Product warranties are provided by manufacturers. Installation workmanship is warranted as specified in your service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing plumbing or water quality issues not identified during initial assessment
- Damage to customer property resulting from hidden defects or conditions
- Water quality issues outside the scope of installed filtration systems
- Consequential, incidental, or special damages
- Issues arising from improper maintenance or use of systems
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their property and water concerns
- Maintaining systems according to manufacturer guidelines
- Providing access to installation areas
- Timely payment for services rendered
7. Property Access and Modifications
Customer grants permission for Company technicians to access necessary areas of the property for testing, installation, and service. Any modifications to plumbing systems will be discussed and approved before work begins.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Installation cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to system performance as outlined in your service agreement.
9. Permits and Compliance
Company will obtain necessary permits where required. Customer is responsible for ensuring installation complies with HOA rules or lease agreements if applicable.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in North Carolina.
11. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify Company against claims arising from customer's misuse of systems or failure to maintain systems as directed.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
